3. User Accounts and Credits

Users must create an account to access our services. Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are deducted for site analyses, re-analyses, and AI token usage
• Subscription plan credits reset monthly and do not roll over
• Addon credits expire 1 month from purchase date
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• No refunds are provided for unused credits

4. Data and Analysis

Our analyses are based on third-party data sources and AI-powered insights. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis
• Recommendations are for informational purposes only
• Users should conduct their own due diligence before making business decisions
• We are not liable for any business decisions made based on our analyses

5. Intellectual Property

All content, analyses, software, and materials provided through our service are the intellectual property of Cambridge Mobilytics. Users may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
